Asian stocks and indices head for the worst annual performance in 16 years with a lot of losses happening in the sector since the beginning of 2018. Today market is down but once again with trade tensions having no end. European stocks rise with EU Parliament meeting in plans for today.

Gallon go heating oil costs $225.88 after 0.3 percent advance.
Gold lost 0.07 percent - $1201.40 per ounce.
Ounce of silver added 0.33 percent - $14.20.
Platinum declined 0.19 percent - $790.30.
