Bad day for dollar traders. Together with proclamation of the new tariff package and US stocks and indices, their Asian counterparts as well as European numbers are on the contrary only growing right now. Markets are waiting for Chinese answer.
S&P 500 futures went up 0.2 percent.
Stoxx Europe 600 gained 0.05 percent.
FTSE grew 0.1 percent.
MSCI Asia Pacific gained 0.6 percent.
MSCI Emerging Market advanced 0.1 perce.t
Dollar is down which means that other equities are trying to grow today with visible results for euro and pound.
Dollar lost 0.3 percent against the six major counterparts in the morning and although there is less-than-0.05-percent gain in the cards for the greenback right now it is clear that tariffs are not good for the greenback.
Euro grew 0.1 percent - $1.1695.
Pound declined 0.1 percent - $1.3138.
Commodities are pleasantly growing at the moment.
WTI crude gained 1.34 percent for a per-barrel price - $69.83.
Brent advanced 1.43 percent - $79.17.
Natural gas increased 0.64 percent - $2.83 per MMBtu.
Heating oil gained 1.57 percent - $224.10 per gallon.
Gold rose 0.06 percent - $1206.50 per ounce.
Silver advances 0.08 percent - $14.24.
Platinum gained 1.84 percent - $815.03.
