Growth has come to the market once the mid-term elections passed by us. Asian and Europe see the advance, even though we also saw this growth on Monday. And the numbers were stunning then as well. What else can we say but hope for the bulls to take over once again?
Topix added 1.7 percent.
Kospi is up 1.4 percent.
Nikkei Stock Average 225 advanced by 1.8 percent.
Hang Seng gained 0.8 percent.
S&P 500 futures lost 0.05 percent.
Stoxx Europe 600 rose 0.4 percent.
FTSE 100 surged 0.2 percent.
Dollar sees no boost after the elections and as a matter of fact it even loses points against the basket of six major currencies. Today while euro and pound are growing beyond week-high point.
Dollar weakened by 0.05 percent against the basket of six major currencies to 1197.14 – the weakest in two weeks.
Euro grew 0.1 percent - $1.1442 – the best numbers in two weeks.
Pound added 0.1 percent - $1.3142.
Oil is gaining points, but it is a long way for the crude until it can reach a month-ago level of the price. Other commodities, including precious metals are mixed.
WTI oil adds 0.97 percent - $62.27 per barrel.
Brent grew 1.04 percent - $72.82.
Natural gas lost 1.07 percent - $3.52 per MMBtu.
Heating oil advanced 0.54 percent - $224.92.
Gold lost 0.34 percent - $1224.5. per ounce.
Per-ounce price for silver slipped 0.54 percent - $14.49.
Platinum lost 0.01 percent - $872.86 per ounce.
