Performance of the markets is so mixed today, that there is no way that we can predict the further movements of the market. It seems that all of the major bonds and indices want to see some kind of changes in order to be certain with their further movements.
Hang Seng lost 1.9 percent.
Topix is down by 0.9 percent.
S&P 500 futures decreased 0.5 percent.
Kospi lost 1.1 percent.
Shanghai Composite grew 1.6 percent.
Nikkei Stock Average 225 lost 1 percent.
Stoxx Europe 600 declined 0.7 percent.
FTSE 100 fell 0.4 percent.
MSCI All-Country World is 0.3 percent lighter.
Dollar was stable earlier today but we can see a clear decline in its performance. Which was a real gift for euro traders who see their currency perform the best in quite some time noe.
Dollar lost 0.1 percent against the basket of six major currencies.
Euro added 0.1 percent – 1.1434 – the strongest in about four weeks.
Pound surged 0.2 percent - $1.2874.
Yen added 0.1 percent – 112.44.
Although performance of the oil crudes was mixed in the morning, there is a clear decline in both of them now. and we couldn’t be more concerned for the crude than we are now.
WTI oil loses 0.91 percent - $56.68.
Brent crude declined 1.06 percent - $66.08 per barrel.
Natural gas declined 4.47 percent - $4.49 per MMBtu.
Heating oil is down by 0.8 percent - $206.97 per gallon.
Gold is up by 0.02 percent - $1225.5.
Silver lost 0.09 percent - $14.39.
Platinum is down 0.2 percent - $851.83.
