With the hopes that there will be no trading war after long weeks of back and forth between the largest economies on the world, stocks and shares are going higher together with oil crude as WTI nears $66 per barrel point. Gold is also in the green zone today.
Stoxx Europe 600 advanced 0.2 percent.
MSCI Asia Pacific went up 0.4 percent. Now it is at the highest point in more than three weeks.
MSCI Emerging Market Index edged higher by 0.5 percent – also the highest in three weeks.
S&P 500 Futures advanced 0.1 percent – highest in 12 weeks.
Dollar took the largest fall against the basket of six major currencies with 0.2 percent loss.
Euro grew 0.2 percent - $1.1742.
Pound went up by 0.1 percent - $1.3411.
Turkish lira extends the losses – 4.6057 per dollar after 0.1 percent loss.
WTI is up 0.2 percent – $65.67 per barrel.
Brent gained 0.73 percent - $75.93 per barrel.
Natural gas gained 0.62 percent - $2.91 per MMBtu.
Corn is up 0.26 percent – 384.75 per bushel.
Cocoa lost 2.64 percent - $2.289 per metric ton.
