Performance in the Asian markets is much better today than it was yesterday with losses seen mostly in Europe. Certain movements is not something that can be said about the movements of the indices and stocks across the world.
Hang Seng rose 0.9 percent.
Topix grew 0.4 percent.
Kospi added 0.2 percent.
S&P 500 futures lost 0.2 percent.
Shanghai Composite advanced 1.5 percent.
Nikkei Stock Average 225 rose 0.75 percent.
MSCI Asia Pacific lost 0.3 percent.
Stoxx Europe 600 advanced 1.1 percent.
FTSE 100 rose 1.2 percent.
DAX from Germany rose 0.9 percent which is the first gain for the index in almost a week.
MSCI Emerging Market is still.
Dollar was performing really sleepy in the beginning of the day which allowed other currencies to also be still, but right now the bullish mood awoken and the greenback grew to a very important mark of the year, even though it was done on account of other currencies.
Dollar reached the highest in a year with 0.4 percent advance against the basket of six major currencies.
Euro lost 0.7 percent - $1.1393.
Pound declined 0.5 percent - $1.2918.
Gold and oil have exchanged places from yesterday. Now the crude is rising and metal is falling, taking other precious counterparts down with it.
WTI oil is up by 0.81 percent - $68.97 per barrel.
Brent advanced 0.46 percent - $76.79 per barrel.
MMBtu of natural gas rose in price by 1.06 percent - $3.25.
Heating oil grew 0.42 percent - $225.78.
Gold lost 0.43 percent - $1231.5 per ounce.
Silver lost 0.43 percent - $14.73 per ounce.
Platinum declined 0.49 percent - $828.61.
