In case you want to grab markets and ask – WHY SO VOLATILE – you need to look at the USD first. The American currency is feeling that the traders in its segment of the market are turning to watch GBP and starts to lose points. And why should it rise or fall? After last week’s panic and selloff, we can say that no steps were taken towards altering the monetary policies of the USA as well as rate cuts. It seems that USA didn’t live up to the hype created around it by Powel land it is now paying for it.
Plus, it is clear that we are finding our interest points in other asset – like GBP which we were watching yesterday and are going to have to watch until October. Of course this means that USD is going to lose a part of its audience and a results is going to keep on losing point or will be extremely volatile. Both of these scenarios are not good enough for us but this is the tendency that we are seeing today and will possibly see in the nearest future.
With USD getting a little weaker than we are used to, we need to look for something stringer. And that is why we want to turn to oil or gold – it is likely that we are going to see earnings there.
But only trading signals can tell us where the profits are for sure.
