After falling victim to the biggest crypto heist of all time crypto exchange Coincheck promised to make amends with those who suffered from the attack.
Coincheck’s officials have publicly announced that the company is fully prepared to make up for the losses of the users with their own assets.
In particular the officials were talking about NEM coins that were stolen from 260 thousand of users. It was promised to reinstate the assets adding up to the sum of about $400 million (counting with each NEM coin costing $0.81).
According to Bloomberg source at the moment the CEO of Coincheck is discussing the ways of fixing the situation.
As was reported earlier, on Friday, January 27, 2018 hackers have stolen $533 million worth of NEM coins from the biggest crypto exchange of Japan.
